    Checks if the dynamic refresh rate control settings of the display are changed.

    Parameters

    N/A

    Return Value

    If the Dynamic Refresh Rate Control settings are changed, true is returned.

    If the Dynamic Refresh Rate Control settings are not changed, false is returned.

    Note: To obtain the display, use GetDisplay .
