    Checks if AMD SmartShift Eco is inactive.

    ADLX_RESULT     IsInactive (adlx_bool* inactive)

    Parameters

    1. [out] inactive adlx_bool* The pointer to a variable where the inactive state of AMD Smartshift Eco is returned. The variable is true if AMD Smartshift Eco is inactive. The variable is false if AMD Smartshift Eco is active.

    Return Value

    If the inactive state of AMD Smartshift Eco is successfully returned, ADLX_OK is returned.

    If the inactive state of AMD Smartshift Eco is not successfully returned, an error code is returned.

    Refer to ADLX_RESULT for success codes and error codes.
