Checks if the memory timing is supported on a GPU.
ADLX_RESULT IsSupportedMemoryTiming (adlx_bool* supported)
[out]supported adlx_bool* The pointer to a variable where the state of memory timing is returned. The variable is true if memory timing is supported. The variable is false if memory timing is not supported.
If the state of memory timing is successfully returned, ADLX_OK is returned.
If the state of memory timing is not successfully returned, an error code is returned.
