If there are any changes to the AMD Fluid Motion Frames settings, true is returned.

If there are no changes to the AMD Fluid Motion Frames settings, false is returned.

Additional Info

Note: AMD Fluid Motion Frames settings are global for all the supported GPUs. For this event notification, GetGPU returns nullpr.
